IT Lead

Job Responsibilities:

• Network Planning & Management: Design, implement, and maintain robust network infrastructures to support business operations.
• Server Management: Oversee server maintenance, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
• IT Infrastructure Planning: Develop and execute plans to enhance IT infrastructure efficiency and scalability.
• Asset Maintenance: Maintain IT hardware and software assets, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Software Patches & Upgrades: Monitor, plan, and apply updates to maintain system security and functionality.
• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage cloud-based services and platforms, ensuring seamless integration and uptime.
• VPN & Virtual Machine Administration: Configure and manage VPNs and virtual environments for secure and remote operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT engineering or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of network planning and IT infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience with server management and cloud infrastructure administration.
• Proficiency in managing software patches, upgrades, and asset maintenance.
• Familiarity with VPN and virtual machine administration.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
