Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input data into company databases and systems at high speed.
Verify and correct data where necessary.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure data accuracy.
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Generate reports and perform data analysis as required.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills:
High-speed typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a data entry role.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related fields are a plus.
