Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Drive workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on people-related strategies, change management, and team dynamics.
Manager Assistance
  • Assist managers in grooming team members by identifying skill gaps, facilitating development plans, and monitoring progress.
  • Support managers in understanding team needs, fostering engagement, and addressing challenges.
  • Manage transactional HR tasks for managers, such as policy clarification, compliance guidance, leave management, and process streamlining.
Feedback-Centric Culture Development
  • Design and implement systems for continuous feedback, including 360-degree reviews, 1:1 meetings, and engagement surveys.
  • Train managers on delivering specific, actionable, and constructive feedback using proven frameworks (e.g., SBI model).
  • Promote a culture of recognition and regular performance dialogue across the organization.
Talent Development
  • Support managers in identifying high-potential employees and crafting personalized development plans.
  • Lead initiatives for leadership development, succession planning, and skills gap assessments.
  • Partner with Learning & Development teams to provide resources and training opportunities.
Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Use HR analytics to provide actionable insights to managers and leadership teams.
  • Monitor key metrics like employee engagement, turnover, and performance trends to inform strategies.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track the effectiveness of HR programs and feedback initiatives.
