Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership
Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Drive workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.
Act as a trusted advisor on people-related strategies, change management, and team dynamics.
Manager Assistance
Assist managers in grooming team members by identifying skill gaps, facilitating development plans, and monitoring progress.
Support managers in understanding team needs, fostering engagement, and addressing challenges.
Manage transactional HR tasks for managers, such as policy clarification, compliance guidance, leave management, and process streamlining.
Feedback-Centric Culture Development
Design and implement systems for continuous feedback, including 360-degree reviews, 1:1 meetings, and engagement surveys.
Train managers on delivering specific, actionable, and constructive feedback using proven frameworks (e.g., SBI model).
Promote a culture of recognition and regular performance dialogue across the organization.
Talent Development
Support managers in identifying high-potential employees and crafting personalized development plans.
Lead initiatives for leadership development, succession planning, and skills gap assessments.
Partner with Learning & Development teams to provide resources and training opportunities.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Use HR analytics to provide actionable insights to managers and leadership teams.
Monitor key metrics like employee engagement, turnover, and performance trends to inform strategies.
Develop reports and dashboards to track the effectiveness of HR programs and feedback initiatives.
