Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive ‘HubSpot Specialist’ with 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing HubSpot CRM for Sales and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring HubSpot functionalities, building sales sequences, dashboards, reporting frameworks and automation workflows while ensuring data accuracy and CRM adoption across teams.

This role will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams to streamline processes, improve reporting accuracy and support revenue operations through HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities

HubSpot Administration & CRM Management

Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM functionalities across Sales, Marketing and Service Hubs.

Create and manage sales sequences, workflows, pipelines, dashboards and reports.

Configure and maintain user access, permissions and quota updates.

Handle requests and resolve issues through internal tickets raised by Sales and Marketing teams.

Maintain CRM data hygiene and monitor duplicate records.

Sales & Marketing Enablement

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to implement and optimize HubSpot sales and marketing features.

Build and maintain sales automation workflows and lead nurturing sequences.

Support email campaigns and monitor sequence performance metrics such as reply rates.

Train Sales and Marketing teams on HubSpot features and best practices when required.

Reporting & Revenue Analytics



Identify and resolve critical reporting issues and ensure data integrity for revenue  reporting.

    Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics including:

Forecast accuracy

Duplicate rate

Deal stage slippage

Sequence reply rate

Manual handoff rate

CRM adoption rate

CRM Optimization & Process Improvement

Conduct Deep CRM Health Audits to identify system gaps and inefficiencies.

Refine data segmentation strategies for better targeting and reporting.

Review and optimize custom properties within HubSpot.

Support revenue target tracking and forecasting analysis.

Perform forecast vs actual revenue analysis to identify sales pipeline gaps.

Automation & Workflow Improvements

Assess and improve automation maturity across the CRM.

Build and optimize workflows including Deal-to-Customer Success handoff processes.

Reduce dependency on manual spreadsheets by moving processes into HubSpot automation.

Integrations & Platform Optimization

Assess and recommend improvements for Chargebee / Stripe etc integrations for invoicing and billing workflows.

Support implementation of invoicing capabilities within HubSpot.



Required Skills

Min 2–3 years of hands-on experience working with HubSpot CRM

Experience in Sales Hub, Marketing Hub and reporting dashboards

Strong understanding of CRM data management and automation workflows

Experience creating sequences, lead workflows and reporting dashboards

Ability to analyze sales data and identify operational improvements

Familiarity with CRM integrations, invoicing tools, and customer support systems (Stripe, Chargebee, Intercom, etc.)

Experience in data analysis and pipeline reporting

Strong communication skills to train internal sales teams
