We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide reliable end-user IT support for employees. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Windows-based systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day IT support for employee laptops and Windows-based systems
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues
Install, configure, and maintain laptops, operating systems, and standard applications
Diagnose and resolve issues related to network connectivity, peripherals, and user access
Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and adherence to SLAs
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors when required for issue resolution
Maintain documentation for IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps
Deliver clear and professional communication to end users during support interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in IT support or desktop support roles
Strong hands-on experience with Windows OS, laptops, and end-user systems
Good understanding of basic networking concepts and troubleshooting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests effectively
