Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training sessions.
  • Ensuring all required paperwork, such as contracts and tax documents, is completed.

Employee Records Management

  • Maintaining up-to-date employee files, including personal details, job history, and performance records.
  • Managing HR software and systems for data entry and retrieval.
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards.

Employee Engagement and Communication

  • Assisting in organizing team-building activities, employee engagement programs, and events.
  • Supporting the implementation of feedback mechanisms, such as surveys.

Policy Administration

  • Communicating company policies and procedures to employees.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Supporting the development and updating of HR policies under senior HR guidance.

 

Payroll and Benefits Administration

  • Supporting payroll processing by providing accurate employee data.
  • Assisting with the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance and leave management.

Performance Management

  • Assisting in performance appraisal processes, including scheduling reviews.
  • Supporting managers in providing feedback and goal-setting.

Employee Relations

  • Supporting conflict resolution and employee grievance handling.
  • Assisting in initiatives to improve workplace culture and morale.

Compliance and Reporting

  • Preparing reports related to HR metrics, such as turnover rates and headcount.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
