What you’ll do:

Preparation and Participation in PI Planning Program Backlog: The Product Owner is heavily involved in working with the Product Manager to understand the Vision, Goals, and Features to be refined with the team in preparation for the PI (Program Increment) planning sessions.
The Product Owner must prepare in advance to update the team backlog by breaking down Features into stories and estimating for the upcoming Program Increment.
Activities will include leading the development team to size features and stories, and determining what can be committed in the Program Increment based on the team’s established velocity.
The Product Owner is heavily involved with story definition, providing clarifications necessary to assist the team with their story estimates and story sequencing, and drafting the team’s specific objectives for the upcoming Program Increment (PI)
You will work closely to understand and coordinate dependencies with other teams to ensure alignment

What experience do you need:

BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Business or equivalent job experience
5+ years of experience in managing product backlogs and requirements for Agile delivery teams in a Product Owner or Business Analyst capacity
2+ years of experience with one/more public/private cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure, etc.)
You possess a deep understanding of web service technologies, user interface/interaction, and knowledge of Systems Development and Project Management lifecycles
You have experience with Product & Technology Roadmap development through the influence of key business and technology partners to identify business priorities
